I represent a bank, insurance company, registered investment company, business development company, or small business investment company.
I represent an employee benefit plan, within the meaning of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, if a bank, insurance company, or registered investment adviser makes the investment decisions, or if the plan has total assets in excess of $5 million.
I represent a charitable organization, corporation, or partnership with assets exceeding $5 million.
I represent a business in which all the equity owners are Qualified Clients.
I represent a trust with assets in excess of $5 million, not formed to acquire the securities offered, whose purchases a sophisticated person makes, or all of whose members are Qualified Clients.
I am a Qualified Client with a net worth, or joint net worth with my spouse, that exceeds $2.2 million prior to investing in the Fund excluding the value of my primary residence, or I have assets under Midway Partners' management of $1.1 million or above.
Midway Partners Intrinsic Fund, LP is a primarily long, public equity Fund founded by Jordan Lampos in 2021. The Fund’s mission is to provide investment returns greater than a broad market index net of fees and expenses by purchasing equity securities below conservative estimates of intrinsic value. The Fund is concentrated, opportunistic (size and industry agnostic), and liquid. The Fund may hold fixed income securities, derivatives, or cash to manage risk.
